Project Brief
This personal project involved designing and creating an original object using a multi-step sculptural process. The piece was first modeled in clay, then used to create a detailed plaster mold. Once the mold was completed, it was filled and kiln-formed with glass to produce the final piece. This project explored form development, material transformation, and the relationship between process and final outcome, while providing hands-on experience with glass casting techniques.
Materials Used
Clay
Plaster
Kiln-form Glass
Glass Frit
