Hello! I’m Andrew. I’m originally from Sylvania, Ohio, and currently living in Shakopee, Minnesota. I’m a junior at Bemidji State University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Art, and Design with an emphasis in Interactive Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, and Exhibit and Experience Design.
In 2023, I graduated from Normandale Community College with an Associate of Fine Arts in the Art Transfer Pathway, earning High Honors. I started out studying Graphic Design and Glass work, but after touring Bemidji State, I was introduced to Interactive Multimedia Design and, later, Exhibit and Experience Design. That experience helped me discover a stronger direction and a deeper connection to the kind of work I wanted to do.

A lot of my creative inspiration comes from nature, especially the patterns and bold and vibrant colors found in the natural world, as well as fictional media like video games, movies, and TV shows. What I enjoy most about this field is the opportunity to collaborate with other designers, learn new ideas and techniques, and bring ideas to life through thoughtful and engaging design.
Outside of my classes, I am currently serving as Leadership and Travel Coordinator for BSU’s Design Guild, where I help organize events and opportunities for fellow students.
